Beets

I know a ton of people think beets are disgusting but our family LOVES them.  :)  When we go to the farmers market we always leave with a bag full of beets.  The girls love them and love the fact that they color your lips, tongue, and mouth even more!  Last time we ate them they were trying to put them on as lipstick.  Whatever it takes to get them to eat their veggies....right?
